"Patrick Kane is one of the best in the business. Very professional, points out the problems, and does a professional job. My sister had a water problem for about 1 year, I had 6 roofers all telling me that they solved my problem. Well $1000.00 later and my problem still exist. My contractor referred me to Patrick Kane, he came out and informed me that my brick pointing was about 10 years over due. I took his advice and gave him the job. The brick pointing was finished today. The rain came and left and did not visit the inside of my sister's house. If you have a water problem Patrick Kane is you man. Job well done. I will be using him for many more jobs."

"This company is the one you want working on your home. Patrick Kane's work was great. They showed up with a crew on time and got to work right away. They worked quickly and it looks beautiful. They didn't try to up-sell me, and they didn't do the "oh, this is much worse than we thought in the estimate bit." What I paid is what they quoted, and was in line with what seemed the market price. Best of all, they were done a little ahead of schedule and did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves. Its refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work. As an Architect with high standards for precision & historic practices, it is without hesitation I can report that Pat completed work to my 100+ year old home with great care & attention to detail. Pat was charged with mortar joint removal through careful hand chiseling, removal of non-native and spalled brick, repointing with DeGruchy Ecological Lime Mortar and skillfully & neatly tooling joints to a bevel ridge joint, utilizing mimic mortar patching, & setting new Gray Danby Marble headers & lugged sills on lead coated copped sill pans. Beyond executing the work with great skill & craftsmanship, Pat kept the job site, his tools, and materials extremely clean and organized, his prices were very reasonable, and he acted with mindful regard to my home and interests. It shows that Pat takes much pride in his work. As testament to his good work, Pat will be returning to complete further work on my home."
